A positive self image.
When I was overweight, I never wanted to leave my house. ALL my clothes fit terribly and I just kept thinking how I would start my diet next week and lose those pesky abs and thighs and hips that were holding me back from being happy. Before I could be successful and drop those pounds, I had to accept and love who I was. I had to commit to making a lifestyle change and realize even if I failed today, tomorrow is another day.
